This old stone farmhouse, which has been completely restored, is situated in the heart of the Val d’Orcia in a splendid panoramic position with views over the whole of the valley. The farmhouse is part of an estate which breeds ships.

It has been divided into three independent apartments; the smaller of these is sometimes used by the owners, while the other two are for guests. The restoration has been carried out with care and they are furnished in Tuscan country style.

The agritourism is composed of 2 master bedrooms, 3 double rooms, 2 large sitting room with fireplace and a sofa bed, 3 bathrooms with shower and one bathroom with a jacuzzi tub.

On application it’s possible sudbivide the farm house in two indipendent apartments.

The apartment shall have a panoraminc swimming pool, located in a provileged position and with total respect for the privacy of the guests.

To reach the structure it’s necessary to cross a short path (3km) of dirt road, in excellent conditions. It’s possible also reach in a few miles the main tuorism and cultural amenities of the area like: Montepulciano (15,4Km), Pienza (18,5Km), Montalcino (33,4Km), Bagno Vignoni (17,8Km), Sarteano (18,9 Km), San Quirico d’Orcia (19,9 Km), San Casciano dei Bagni (26,3 Km).
